OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKE.. THIS SWEEPSTAKE IS OPEN ONLY TO THOSE LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS DETAILED BELOW. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstake starts January 1st, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. (PT) and ends December 31st, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. (PT).

TO ENTER: Beginning January 1st, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. (PT), you may enter this sweepstake in two different ways.


To enter via the Internet,

•	You can visit the Web site at www.CuraDebt.com and follow the contest entry directions. One entry per person per week will be accepted using this method of entry. Second, you can refer a friend to www.CuraDebt.com through our Tell-a-Friend program and be automatically entered. Up to five entries per person will be accepted using this method.
•	All Internet entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. (PT) on December 31st, 2008 to be eligible. Normal phone charges, Internet access and usage charges may be imposed by your phone carrier and/or on-line service.

To enter by mail,

•	Hand print your name, email address 2 times, state, telephone number, and birth date on a 3x5 card. Mail the card in a hand addressed stamped envelope to CuraDebt.com Be Debt Free Sweepstakes, 4516 Shorepointe Way #150, San Diego, CA 92130. * One entry per person will be accepted using this method of entry.
•	All mail-in entries must be separately postmarked by December 31st, 2008 and received by January 7th, 2008 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected or late entries sent by mail.

Sponsor (as defined below), Sponsor's respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access the Web site; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any Web site; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter the sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

All winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for the sweepstakes. The drawing will be held approximately 10 business days after the end of the sweepstakes period. Those sweepstakes entrants who are selected as winners will be notified via email or telephone within approximately three (3) business days following the prize drawing and must respond to the notification within 10 days or be disqualified (in which case an alternate winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing). All sweepstakes entrants who are selected may be required (if requested by Sponsor) to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification, or else Sponsor may elect to select an alternate winner. Failure to return all required documents may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If winner is unable to be contacted at the telephone numbers or email address stated on the winner's entry or if any prize notification or any prize is returned to Sponsor or Sponsor's fulfillment companies as undeliverable for any reason, it will be awarded to an alternate.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, likeness and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

PRIZE(S)

Grand Prize - $3,500.00 off CuraDebt debt negotiation or management services
Second Prize - $750.00 off CuraDebt debt negotiation or management services
Third Prize - $250.00 off CuraDebt debt negotiation or management services

The prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The winners need to apply prizes toward payment of credit card debt and sweepstakes entrants need to have credit card debt to be eligible to win. Prizes are not assignable, transferable or redeemable. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Limit one prize per individual or household.

ODDS OF WINING: MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. Odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of November 1st, 2005. Employees and their immediate families of CuraDebt.com, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against CuraDebt.com and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation in this sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate online entry if technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue online entry. If online entry is terminated, notification will be posted on the Web site at www.CuraDebt.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant and only at the authorized Web site address of www.CuraDebt.com. Entries made by any other individual or any entity and/or originating at any other Internet Web site or email address, including (but not limited to) commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this sweepstakes. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account entered.
