Explanation of CuraDebt Joint Contract
Dear Philip Muir,
It is really your decision. We have created the contract allowing for a client and a co client to provide all information even if the debt is not joint, and in order to make the process more convenient to our clients in this situation, both clients would be required to initial the entire contract and sign it.
By doing so, both of you are responsible for the contract, so if one of you decides to cancel, the other is still responsible for fulfilling the contract.
If you decide to provide separate applications, there is no problem, but regarding cost for our services and depending on your debts, it would be more beneficial to actually come in under the same application.
I hope this is clear. Please let me know if you or anyone else need any more information.
We are here to help you!
