* 5% Retainer Fee: Is for us to retain our services from you and it is refundable once you successfully complete the program and you have fulfilled the requirements as far as getting it refunded. It is 5% of the overall debt if your debt is higher than $14,000 and can be split into 3 or 4 installments, if your debt is less than $14,000 it is $695, usually payable the first 3 months of the program based on your debt. There is a $15 processing fee per installment.


* 20% Commission: Our commission is 20% based on what we save you each settlement. If you look at the way we get paid, it is one of the main reasons our clients choose us. Since we get paid based on what we save you, the more we save you the more our 20% commission will be, so it is an incentive for us to try harder and save you the most, it is a win and win situation.
