Today I just wanted to cover one of the other common questions that people sometimes worry about before starting their settlement plan.

We are often asked "Will my employer find out that I am taking part in a debt negotiation plan?".

The short answer to that question is no. As long as you don't tell them, then they likely won't find out.

We do not contact your employer. And, once you have started your debt settlement
plan with us, we become the point of contact for your creditors. This greatly reduces the chances of your employer finding out that you are struggling with debt at all.

One of the main ways that an employer finds out about an employee's debt problems is when creditors call. Since one of our first steps is to contact your creditors, those creditors then begin contacting us instead of you (or
your employer).
