feel confused and lost. This article provides you some

3. Be creative in difficult times

A major change in life's condition requires major changes
in our attitudes.

----------------------------------------------------------

1. Medical bills: Don't let them kill you

Having good health is not just a matter of "good luck" or chance. There are many things that can be done in order to improve one's health , prevent
illnesses and at the same time save money on medical bills.
Unexpected medical bills are one of the most common reasons
leading people to economical problems.

We all know the feeling when that crippling medical bill
has to be paid. Most of us try not to think about it.
We ignore the pain and put off making an expensive appointment
to see a specialist, hoping it will all just go away. There are
some practical things we can do to improve our chances of not
having to face huge medical bills. Here are a few suggestions.

1. Identify the areas of your health that worry you:

Many people are afraid of heart problems. Perhaps there is a
history of heart disease in the family. If this is the case, use
the Internet or your local health service to get information on
preventative action. This may involve a significant change in
lifestyle and, believe it or not, it might involve a real
reduction in your spending, since most probably you would
be advised to use less your car and exercise more. You could also
feel better just because you have taken that first step to
protect your health.

2. Preventive checkups. An investment in regular checkups
and tests could save you lots. Most of the common illnesses just
don't start suddenly. Symptoms appear slowly. Some people choose
to ignore them because they are too busy or they want to think
they will get better by themselves. In the initial stages of an
illness the possibilities to treat it totally, faster and most
efficiently are bigger, the treatments are less expensive and, more
importantly, you are preventing yourself from getting a serious
disease that can be totally cured if treated on time.

3. Exercise more. The benefits of practicing regularly any kind
of physical activity are numerous. It not just improves your
physical appearance and boosts your confidence, but it reduces
your stress levels, improves the functions of all your systems
including cardiovascular, muscular and immune. It strengthens
your joints, avoiding illnesses such as arthritis and rheumatism.
Exercising even helps you to think better and clearer, since it
improves the blood circulation in the brain.

4. Minimize hazardous situations. Prevention is definitely
the main key to a healthier life. Check your car's condition especially before a long journey. Made sure the electrical and gas appliances in your house and work place are safe and there are no problems with the connections or leaks. Make
sure everybody  in your house and work place knows what to do in case
there is an emergency such as a fire.

If you go out for a holiday be especially careful of what you eat
and where you eat it. Food has to be properly prepared and cooked
in order to avoid cross-contamination and food poisoning, expiration
dates needs to be checked carefully. Wherever you are, especially if you go on vacation or visit a new place, see if there is anything that could represent a danger for you or your family. For example, children should not swim unattended,
ponds, even shallow ones, are extremely dangerous for children. Precaution
need to be maximized when having children around.

5. Budget: You know that you will have to pay those medical bills
sooner or later, so don't wait until a huge bill arrives. Start to
look at other areas of your life where you could make savings and set
aside a little each month for medical bills. For example, you might
be able to reduce your costs by changing your diet or cutting down on
utility bills.

6. Prevention is better than cure: There are many ways in which you
can become a healthier person and avoid the need for costly medical
treatment. You may wish to consult a medical expert before deciding
to take some kinds of exercise, but even simply sleeping and eating
at regular times, drinking water and walking can make a real difference.
Many people also try jogging, swimming, meditation, yoga and thousands
of other ways to maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.

----------------------------------------------------------

2. Some tips to reduce debt problems

- Don't let your debt problems overpower you. Be analytical, creative
and realistic to find options that can help you out.

- What worked out for somebody else in resolving  economical problems
may not be the best choice for you.

- Don't feel embarrassed by having financial problems. It could happen to anybody.
If you admit you are facing some difficulties, your family and work colleges
should be willing to help you in different ways, either by making savings at
home or by helping you to not make unnecessary expenses.

- Be frugal. The best way to save is by not expending more than you
can really afford.

- Draw up a budget and stick to it. Don't let money just disappear through
your hands. Have strict control on your expending.

- Get extra income. Everybody in the family can help. Teenagers
could take a newspaper route to deliver every morning; some members
of the family could help for a couple of hours at a local shop. Those skills
you have but probably thought could never use such as painting, writing,
teaching languages or other school subjects could help you to bring
home some more money.

- Don't be afraid to ask for some advice. Having more options could help
you to clarify, organize your ideas and most probably find some strategies
to resolve your situation. The answer could be there, just clicking at the
right place in the Internet could do wonders for you.

----------------------------------------------------------

3. Be creative in difficult times

The best way to find options and solutions in difficult times is by
being creative and adaptable.

Most of people feel totally overwhelmed and confused when they are facing hard times, and it is not easy to avoid feeling that way. However, that will prevent you from finding ways to help yourself out. After any traumatic experience or shock, unfortunately, it is necessary to understand the new situation and try to adjust one's life to the new reality. There is no point to live in denial or pretend life won't change that will make the adaptation process even worse. Having economical problems is not the exception of the rule.

1. Understand you need to make changes. If you don't evaluate your situation
and make some changes, your economical problems will definitely get worse.

2. Find ways to save money. In our newsletter we have been showing you some
simple and practical ideas about how to reduce your expenses.

3. Become the administrator and manager of your own life. Plan ahead, organize,
write down the ideas and projects about your future, expenses, problems, ways to
save money ...don't leave your life in the hands of  "fortune" or chance.

4. When there is a problem, there is usually a solution. Don't just spend all
your time worrying and getting stressed. Use your energy and abilities
productively to find solutions. Write them down.

5. Consult the experts. Other people can help you presenting alternatives.
Having different options will facilitate choosing the one that works better
in your case. It is always better to make an informed decision rather than just improvise.
