CuraDebt Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 15, 2026

Our Commitment

CuraDebt Systems, LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to people with disabilities. This statement applies to curadebt.com and pages we control. Third-party websites, embedded tools, and third-party providers linked or referenced through our site may have separate accessibility practices and are outside CuraDebt's control. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are continually working to improve the experience for all users.

Conformance Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Have Taken

We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Use of an accessibility overlay tool that provides user-facing adjustments including font size, color contrast, cursor size, and animation controls.
  • ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes on key interactive elements to support screen reader navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation support for primary site functions, including form submission and menu navigation.
  • Alternative text on images where provided by content authors.
  • Availability of user-selectable profiles for common accessibility needs, including options for visually impaired users, keyboard-only users, and users sensitive to motion or flashing content.

Known Limitations

We recognize that portions of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Known areas for improvement may include:

  • Some images or media may lack descriptive alternative text.
  • Some third-party embedded content or tools may not be fully accessible.
  • Accessibility overlay tools have limitations and may not address all barriers for all users.

We are working to identify and address these gaps on an ongoing basis.
